The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented. Our thoughts go out to all who have been, are, or will be affected by the outbreak.
COVID-19 has created an incredibly fluid situation resulting in the potential disruption in the operations of companies we represent, including the flow of incoming raw materials and parts as it impacts their global suppliers as well as to their internal production capacity. Likewise, the customers we serve, in the Food & Beverage sector in particular, are under intense pressure to deliver essential products to the market place while managing their own environments.
All your representatives at Pack & Inspect Group are working from home and, understanding your need to protect your employees, we have suspended any non-essential visits to customer sites for the time being – but we remain open for business and to provide support via all the modern means…by phone, email, text or on-line conference calls, video calls etc. As local and federal restrictions start to ease, we are making select requested customer visits as required to support customer's ongoing projects.
All the companies Pack & Inspect Group represents are considered essential businesses due to our supply to the food industry, and as such continue working within sensible constraints that protect their employees while continuing to deliver needed products. Requirements for field service technicians are being delivered with attention to any special needs or protocols customers have.
Like everyone, we wish for this all to be over and back to normal; in the meantime, we wish you good health and safety.
